Are we choosing to prioritize safety? Are we aiming for an achievable, but stretch target? Asking questions like this can make a real difference in the decisions we make.

SHOWING UP AS A LEADER
As leaders, do we trust those around us, celebrate their wins and support them in learning from failures? Saying yes builds strong teams and high performance.

COLLABORATING
Do we work cooperatively across organizational lines? Are we willing to share resources and expertise with others without seeking credit? Sharing lets us win as a whole.

ACTING SAFELY AND ETHICALLY
Do we quickly report and correct unsafe conditions? Do we make the tough decisions when it comes to observing safety and environmental protocols? Safety and ethics are never optional.

SERVING OUR COMMUNITY AND STAKEHOLDERS
Do we listen to and respect the communities where we operate? Do we reach out to stakeholders and help them understand our operations? Our principles do not stop at the property line.
